Seems like Obama just does what ever he wants without any regards to the Constitution, with his appointment of Richard Cordray to head the Consumer Financial Protection. His arrogance is appalling. I know other President's have also used the same method to appointment positions, one thing about this appointment is they are not in a recess....This is Ron Paul's statement....
